What grark said. Dykstra is not too bad; in fact it is one of the best residential halls if not the best.

Of course residential halls are loud and social, but the only time you want it to be quiet is during your sleep and study hours.

The floor study lounge may be an option, and the DeNeve study lounge is another. I think sleeping hours may be a problem if you’d like to sleep earlier than midnight.

As for space, you aren’t going to be fitting 20 people in a room for any activity, or do any activity where you are camped in your room all day, so space should not be an issue.

Crossroads is close, but it is not terrific. Or at least after a while.

Yes, people close their doors and watch TV by themselves. They lock themselves into their rooms and study all day.

OF COURSE NOT! Sociality is not dependent on objects (plaza buildings). Instead, it is dependent on the people who live in the buildings. Therefore, if your floor has active people who like to socialize and bond with one another (minus the cliqueness), then the floor will be social!
