Stop comparing yourself to others. There is more to life than GPA and rank. I bet you have gifts that some of the others do not have. My DD20 does very well in school however the most important thing to me is her character. The truth is I am a professional and in my work place there are many highly educated people who lack manners and social skills. Not saying that there aren’t highly educated people with admirable qualities but it’s all about balance. I have recently been in the position to hire a few people and my approach is to not just hire people who have the experience but who have the character where they can work as a team, can get along with others, treat others well and have a positive attitude. If someone has the right attitude I don’t mind training them. Good Luck to you and keep your chin up.
