<p>Just want to wish the best of luck to all of this year’s applicants. Two years ago my DD was thrilled to be accepted and is a sophomore at UNC now and loves it as much as she always thought she would. I am hoping things turn out as well for her sister who is waiting for her decision this year.</p>

<p>There is something else different with the Connect Carolina page. When I clicked on Pay Bills/Manage Student Finances, it took me to “My Account” page and would allow me to make a payment and manage my profile. It didn’t do that yesterday. Can everyone do this??</p>

<p>On the MyUNC they just added a thing at the top that CC will not be available tomorrow from 5 -11 pm meaning they wouldn’t post it tomorrow</p>
<p>That means log on at midnight and flood their servers!!!</p>
<p>Or that they’re updating them during the day.</p>

<p>Yes, I suspect Friday too, though I’m not happy about it. I too can go to My Account, and it looks like I can pay into this account if I want to, but I don’t know if this is a change from before and what it means. I’d love to think it is a good sign, but for me, I’m not too optimistic.</p>
<p>Maybe they released the blog post only shortly before actual decisions to avoid a MASSIVE server influx. Because not everyone religiously checks Carolinaconnect or CC or the blog, they may have wanted to do it this way to spread people out.</p>
<p>@ tabbay & biscuit: my daughter can access all the academic and financial information that was not originally available, but her personal information (test scores, emergency contacts, address, etc.) no longer appears. </p>

<p>You guys are all reading wayyyyy too much into little things on the site. I go to UNC and I can tell you that those things are not any indicator of admission or rejection.</p>
