<p>Too bad there is no trick way to get the UNC decision like there is to get the ACT scores before they are posted (although that trick never worked for my son). Good luck to all of you seniors.</p>

<p>I believe EA decisions will be posted at 11:01 tonight.</p>
<p>there’s no reason that they would be posted tonight (although obviously i’m staying up to find out) but it’s not something that’s done at the click of a button, and i doubt any employee is going to stay in the office until 11 to get us the decisions.</p>

I am in the camp that says that UNC really, really dropped the ball in terms of their wording and patterns of decision releases in the past and present. They owe it to EA to perform, as other schools have, and to get those responses out promptly because people are judging their next moves in terms of responses from all these Universities. UVA was a superior example!!
In my, be it limited, review of years past, I have not seen a release of decisions at 11pm, nor midnight. I think last year someone posted at 4:03pm saying that decisions were online. But maybe I’m wrong.
I’ve lost more sleep on this than I should, and now I’m going to bed. I probably won’t even get in, so I will choose sleep–that just sounds better to me right now. Night, Night.<br>

<p>Like you said…not done at the click of a button. I believe the maintenance is to update all the decisions so all of them are ready before anyone’s decision is revealed so at 11 it could happen but at the same time it could just be that they are testing to see if the decisions roll out is perfect for the time that they DO release them. Sooo it might be testing /preparing or they might actually be releasing them. We’ll see tonight.</p>
