Yes, it is rolling and it can be any day. They have committee once a week and send out decisions from there. They MUST have your ED agreement with your counselor’s signature and your final senior grades before your application goes to committee. All of your requirements (check the portal) need to be fulfilled and they will have a green check mark when they are.
