<p>it’s probably that the deferrees have the guts to tell each other - because they were disappointed after the first decision and the final one isn’t as hard to cope with.</p>
<p>I guess we cannot imagine what the real numbers look like, seeing the rd decision thread with mostly acceptances 
15000 or even more are rejected - we are in good company.</p>
