My letter:
The Admission Committee has completed the review of Early Decision candidates for the Class of 2017, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you admission to Emory College for the fall of 2013.

We know this decision comes as a disappointment and we recognize the time, thought, and effort spent preparing your application for admission. This was clear to the admission committee after a thorough and fair evaluation of your application materials within the context of all other applicants. Emory receives applications from a highly qualified group of prospective students each year, and because of the competitive nature of our selection process it is not possible to admit everyone who has the potential to be successful here.

Be assured your serious interest in Emory was considered and your application was reviewed individually and holistically by the admission committee. Should your interest in Emory continue, please consider applying again in the future as a transfer student. Transferring to Emory requires that you first complete one full year of college coursework in a degree seeking program.

We offer you our best wishes for a productive, and above all, rewarding college experience.

Sincerely,

They clearly did not say anything about reviewing my application again nor mentioned about Oxford College.
