<p>Hey! So, i’m a high school senior who got accepted ED and I would recommend you do early decision if you really love Hopkins and not just the “prestige” of the institution. You’ve visited and you really imagine yourself hanging out with the students you saw, sitting in the classrooms, sleeping in the dorms, living in Baltimore, etc. etc.</p>
<p>DO NOT APPLY ED JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK IT’S EASIER TO GET IN. Make sure to visit hopkins and other schools this summer and if you end up loving hopkins, then do ED! It definitely helps in the sense that it’s a smaller pool, so it’s easier to stand out. But really, if you don’t have what Hopkins is looking for, you won’t get in ED just as you wouldn’t get in RD.
