LOL Really?!?

Admissions data: Class of 2012

[Class of 2012 Profile (Bowdoin Admissions)](http://www.bowdoin.edu/admissions/apply/2012-profile.shtml)

Based on this profile, the class of 2012 is 11% Asian. That’s typical of a selective liberal arts school. Of course, some schools may have a higher percentage of Asian students but for a school in Maine, that’s an acceptable number.

The Common Data Set for 07-08 notes Bowdoin is 12.6% Asian, the largest minority on campus.

Bowdoin loves diversity. They’ll consider it in relation to other factors with respect to building a class.
