<p>CaptSeven, I have no doubt that you are a very good candidate for NYU - you come from Hunter College HS, and have good SATs and a good UW GPA. And I also know your feeling of the Dream School - that is why I applied to NYU EDI. However, I just feel like this isn’t in your best interests in the long run, especially with med school on the horizon. I would suggest messaging missamericanpie (a NYU student who gives out very good and sensible advice, and a longtime forum member) and telling her your situation and asking for her advice.</p>
