Einstein vs newton

probably hes referring to paul dirac - a brit at cambridge so not french - and i think he just showed that two competing ways of doing quantum m. were actually the same thing

paul dirac… i couldnt find anything on him

To everybody who said that Newton was better because Einstein wouldn’t have had anything to work on without him, please. If you honestly believe that over the course of hundreds of years, nobody would come up with many of the same things newton came up with, you’re wrong. Sure, calculus may not have been invented, and for that, Newton was a genius. In fact, the other things Newton discovered also showed genius, but to say that they wouldn’t have been discovered without him is ignorant.

Though to trivialize his accomplishments is equally ignorant.

newton set up the instruction manual for future scientists like einstein to build upon.

setting the pillars of physics is remarkable!

i got dominated today. i used the " without newton , no einstein coz he had to consult on the formers work" my opponents claimed that newton had to consult with galileo’s work.

“my opponents claimed that newton had to consult with galileo’s work.”

I am sure Newton would have agreed. Aren’t you familiar with his “standing on the shoulder of giants” comment?

newton also built on kepler and galileo.

and in science, this is the ultimate triangle:

take an equilateral triangle ABC with C as the apex.

Galileo is at A, Einstein at B, and Newton at C.

It’s an equilateral triangle, so it’s obvious they are regarded as equals, but, Newton is still at the peak :D

but Einstein is the most remarkable, cuz out of the three, he had the least formal education. his papers on brownian motion and the photoelectric effect, were written while he was working as a post-office clerk in Zurich, and those instantly got him a doctorate. besides, he hated formal education with a passion, and was known for cutting classes to spend time with his beloved violin.

well, Newton also had only 5years of school, before he landed at Cambridge and became a prof at 21.

are there any flaws or anything BAD (help me) wiht einstein’s theory?
i try reading articles about his theories, but they are so complicated and boring. so i am turning to u cc smart people

Well apples are crispier, but they have those hard seeds…
Oranges can make juice and have soft peels

Einstein didn’t believe in gravity

Can you really compare Einstein vs. Newtons? They lived too many years apart to have a good comparison.

They both contributed to physics in different ways and did well in their contributions.

This is like asking which is better, Basketball or Soccer. It is up to personal opinion.
