<p>It’s so extremely sad, that documentary. </p>
<p>For some reason I didn’t find it sad. Aging and memory loss is what it is, and I love that she lived such a unique and spirited life. Plus I really loved seeing up close how important interaction with an audience was to her. To me that really helps explain how/why some people will choose to stick with such a challenging profession in spite of all of the obvious obstacles and pitfalls. </p>
