<p>When I called I was told they only had a few complaints this year. The woman I spoke with checked my daughter’s box and the surrounding boxes and reported she could not find anything. Not much help. Another parent told me to call Rich Lee who is supposed to be in charge of the mail services as he is keeping track of the number of complaints.
