<p>Simply, Yes. I have experienced the same problems. I also read today that an investigation is being carried out over stolen mail and that an employee has been identified. However, the problem is persisting and I was supposed to receive an insurance card (something not so dissimilar from a gift card), shipped from SC last week. I have emailed mail services about the issue.</p>
