I would review the audition requirements set forth by Emory’s Music Department on their website:

It’s important to get your audition materials to the music department by following their website instructions (see link) rather than just including links to your common app (which would be accessible only to admissions officers).
Someone from Emory Music might weigh in if your audition materials impress.
Obviously, you should include any music awards as well in your common app.
How were your GPA and other standardized test scores? They will still count heavily.
