<p>Wow, so I just got an email saying I have to take the precalculus entrance exam even though I should have already placed out of it from AP. Ahhh sigh, I forgot everything about that class.</p>

<p>Note: Students planning to enroll in Chemistry 2A/2AH must take
BOTH the chemistry placement test (or score a 5 on the Chemistry AP
Exam) and precalculus placement exam (or score 700 on the Math SAT,
4 or 5 on the Math AB AP Exam, or 3, 4, or 5 on the Math BC AP Exam).</p>
<p>I’m confused, as on the website it says there are no more exceptions.</p>
<p>Also, I was more bored than usual one day, so I looked into the practice exam, and it was really basic stuff. “3a+b=7, if b=4, what is a?” and whatnot.</p>
<p>O! thats good, I don’t really need to prep for it then…Though apparently this is the first year that AP tests do nothing.</p>
<p>WOW there are a good amount of chem engineers… anyway, this is kind of a late post, but i’m going to be doing civil engineering 
also, i’m going to the 8-10 orientation</p>
