You likely didn’t take a sufficient level of calculus or enough, and certainly didn’t take calculus based physics if you took physics at all. Those are the first year foundation for all that follows. So, could you do it? If they say you can, I guess you can. You won’t do it in two years though. Then it becomes a question of whether or not it makes sense over a second BS.
