<p>Just received a phone call and lengthy explaination of steps taken Saturday evening. The time of the last email is the only issue I have and that will be looked into. </p>
<p>I was very impressed with Delaware’s prompt response to my concerns 
and am very confident that my daughter is in good hands!</p>
