Ours told us all summer how she didn’t want to major in biology or economics - no way - not gonna do it. We sort of said well . . . uh . . . who wants you to major in those anyway? And she’d say I’m defnitely NOT going to study biology and economics. Guess what? Just started freshman year and taking bio and economics. We are scratching our heads. Certainly don’t want her headed for Wallstreet and every physician we know seems to hate their job . . . we kept talking something arcane and fun like anthropology or classics. That’s exactly what we’d do in her shoes but whatever . . .

I am a sopomore at a University in Ohio and I have been sticking to my Business Administration Major, and my economics minor. I do not see myself shifting outside of business; however, it is up in air whether I am going to focus more on Marketing, Management, or Finance. I do plan on staying a 5th year to recieve my MBA. IT almost seems to be a “must have” in today’s business world. Why not get it now!?

I know this thread is old. But i am bored and procrastinating, studying for my finals.

Biology/Premed
Philosophy/Premed

AND STICKING WITH THAT…I HOPE…I MUST

(P.S. i am only a freshman too, so thats sad. I initially started bio than switched during the summer and switched the other four 1st semester.)
