Exception Scoring Process -- What does this mean??

Hey! Yeah, mine wasn’t a sharp increase either (College Board still doesn’t actually know why my test was selected for the process. Might have just been random.) But I did eventually get my score! I called College Board a bunch of times the week after I was supposed to get my scores and got some pretty useless information from customer service. Then, after about two weeks, I called and they let me “open a case,” which means College Board was going to start actively looking for my score. They gave me a case number and then I had to wait something like 14 business days until a customer care specialist would reach out. After waiting, I got the email from the customer care specialist saying she was going to look for the score, and, ten days later, she found it! So it’s extremely unlikely they lost your score. Call up College Board and ask to open a case (they may say you have to wait a little longer before you can do so). That should fix the problem. Best of luck!!
