Experienced AU Grad Open for Questions

HomeschoolGA202: Both schools are very well respected in DC. On and off the hill. Both schools have exclusive opportunities for internships and notify you of them frequently. Proximity to Capitol hill probably shouldn’t be a factor in your decision, since it will be a maximum 20 hours a week for a semester commitment out of your four years. Good luck in your decision. I go to AU (obviously) and commute two days a week to Metro Center for work – it takes me 5 minutes on the shuttle and 10 minutes on metro. It’s also very easy to get your schedule to be 3 days a week (and this is taking 5 classes) so that you can commit more time to working at an internship and be more desirable to places that want you to work 9-5.
