Eyebrow serums?

Try tinting them at home. It will make all the difference.

Those brows do look great! I’ve been using the GrandeBrow for three months straight, and not one single hair has grown. However, I am using it in a place where hair has never grown, and there is semi permanent ink (two attempts at giving me eyebrows, which have faded). I think I’m going to give up. Glad it worked for you.

I think GrandeBrow is working for me, but a bunch of my eyebrow hair is gray, silver, white, or blonde.

Get them tinted! You’ll be amazed.

Ah, that’s too bad. It must be the follicle is just dead?

Oh yeah! I can definitely tell it worked on yours, too! You also have very pretty eyes.

I’m not sure how tinting will make a difference in making it full.

I was skeptical about tinting, but then did it. Don’t have photos but it made such a huge difference! I told the eyebrow artist that I don’t expect miracles because I have such sparse eyebrows. She said, “Girl, you have great brows! Let me show you…” she was right.

IMO, eyebrows are the first hairs that go grey. Some of these grey hairs become almost invisible… tint brings them back to life!

Maybe so? If nothing ever grew there, and there’s a semi permanent tattoo, maybe everything there is a goner.

There’s hair there, but it’s light. Try tinting. I buy it on Amazon and it takes 5 minutes.

Is tinting different than just using some hair dye? When I dye my roots, couldn’t I just use a bit on my brows?

Oh no, you don’t want to put hair color on your brows. Hair color bleaches the hair then deposits permanent color. You don’t want visible roots on your brows or lighter ends. Brow tint takes 5 minutes and it fades out naturally. I tint mine at home every two weeks. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EEN2HCS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

That looks like haircolor but in smaller batches. Says not for eyebrows or lashes (just like every other dye for hair color).

This is a 5 minute process, not 40 minutes. It’s different from hair color. This is the same product my brow lady uses at the salon. You can use it on lashes too. I only do my lashes if my daughter is home to put it on and wipe it off for me. I put a moisturizer patch under my eye first if I’m doing my lashes.

I’ve been using my hair color on my eyebrows forever. Works fine.

(Box hair color lightens without the need for bleach. The developer is capable of lifting color one to two shades without bleach. If you want to go lighter than that, you need to bleach first then apply color. I’m always going deeper on my natural shade of dark brown.)

I just wanted everyone to know it’s been 8 months since I started and I’m really happy with my brows. I’ll continue to add this to my nightly routine. I think it gets to a point where they don’t grow anymore and from here out it’s just maintaining.

So, I started the Grandelash 6 weeks ago and it’s also working! I’m pleased with the thickening and length I’m seeing. I wish I had a before pic. I think it’s the same formula as the brow, but a really thin brush. I’m looking forward to the 3 month mark.

So you used the grand brow? What are the ingredients? I did a year ago buy castor oil, but I never remember to use it!

Yes, I did the Grandebrow first with great results. I trued castor oil once by never did it religiously. The Grandebrow is so easy with the tube and brush.

If you go to post 55 on this thread, I posted my results after 3 months. Now they are maybe a little better, but not much. If I remember, I’ll take one tomorrow.

@Conmama I would love to have your before eyebrows. I will have to start using the Grandebrow stuff.

For those that have done tinting - is it better to go to someone who does it (vs at home)? And is this someone at a hair salon?

I’ve been using Benefit brow brush (recommended by girls at Ulta) and it does make a huge difference. I thought I’d lost a lot of brow but they appeared again with some color, lol!

The tinting is intriguing!
