<p>I think by “first come first serve” basis they just mean don’t turn it in late past their priority deadline… Someone correct me on this if I’m incorrect! Cause I remember filling them in a few days before the deadline last year. It’s due March 31st I believe… There’s usually a huge flashy sign reminding you the month of at the student center outside on that big screen across from the study abroad center. But go ahead and fill it out now if you’d like. More power to you! I always liked to wait till my parents were done with their tax returns before filling them out.</p>
