Well you will need to notify both schools. I would have your GC contact them and see what they say about your options. I have seen a couple of instances where CSUF rescinded for D’s and F’s. CSUSB might not if you meet all the a-g course requirements besides the AP Calculus.
Did CSUF ask for 7th semester grades/transcript?
