So if they reviewed your transcript, saw the D from 1st semester and accepted you off the waitlist, then that is a good sign. However, since CSU’s have Math validation, they are assuming you will pass 2nd semester with a C or higher which will validate the 1st semester. Since this looks like it will not happen, I would make sure you do not accept the CSUF waitlist nor withdraw from CSUSB until you find out the everything is OK with your grades for this course. You do not want to left with no options.
