DD deferred as well. A 4.2, APs, very involved. She had an interview, based on them asking her at end of October and toured the school in November. She was shocked. I am guessing Yield had a big factor in some of these, but she has high interest in attending. Oh well, now we wait.

Congrats to all accepted students, and many hugs to those deferred or denied. This is a hard process—possibly harder for us as parents than for our children. It’s so hard to see them disappointed :pensive:

daughter in with nursing! yeay, she’s pretty excited and therefore so are we. 3.7 unweighted, 1 AP, no scores submitted. We weren’t very confident because nursing is so damn competitive!!

Son was accepted with Bellarmine scholarship. 4.0 uw gpa with APs/honors/DE classes. Job all years of hs, plus sports and a deep volunteer commitment. We applied for financial aid and are crossing our fingers because it is pricey!
