@luckie1367 it says a we must complete a minimum of 4 prereqs before fall ?
Good luck to everyone. May our destiny be fulfilled with the university of our choice!
Did you satisfy that @Icj1994 ?
Good luck everyone! I’m SO nervous!!
I’m so nervous! I’ve been waiting for this day to come, but now that’s it’s here idk if I can handle a possible rejection X_X
@luckie1367 yup! I’ve completed 6 out of the 7 with an A
Looks good to me then @Icj1994 , I guess we will all see tonight!
I’m a UC to UC transfer with a 3.6 average GPA (my GPA has improved every single quarter…3.4 to 3.6 to 3.8) under the political science major. Do you happen to know what my chances of being accepted are?
thanks for your insight @luckie1367 … I have a midterm this thursday and another on monday and I can’t focus because of decisions ugh!! haha what ever my outcome, i hope you get in!

The average acceptance for poli-sci is 3.75, so I would say you’re on the fence, depending on other variables in your application.
be patient a bit more. You will know in a few hours
It is kind of comforting reading all of these posts haha, my friends don’t understand why I’m freaking out so bad. Four more hours! [-O<
@heatherheather Good luck Heather! I’m a one-year transfer so the AP Calc saved my life, (not to mention the other 6 AP exams) so I didn’t have to worry about it affecting my GPA. I’ve got Acct 1b, calc 2, and english 2 in progress. As well as an IGETC. Hope we get in homie. My only other help is that I work 2 jobs 55 hours/wk 7 days/wk 9 shifts a week lmao.! no debt baby!
My 4.0 only reflects 7 college classes. Hoping that won’t look bad lol!
Aw thanks @Icj1994 I hope to see you there
Darn it! I’m under the average by .1
At least I would have 101 transferrable units
General question for everyone… how come on that major breakdown that @fullload posted the average unit counts were so high? I know Im transferring with 65 ish units and I’ve done the full 2 years at cc being over the full time mark each semester? Just wondering you you’d manage to rack up 100+ in 2 or so years?
Those are based on quarter system calculations probably
I’m not going back to see but I assume it’s because it was translated to quarter units?
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
D logged in and saw her Congratulations banner just before 5pm last year!
Also early congrats to @2016Candles on finishing her degree just one year after transferring!
icj, semester units X 1.5 = quarter units.
