Any news from any engineering applicants? Are any engineering applicants hearing tomorrow? It’s been mostly radio silence for me. My application was sent out for review like March 22nd. I called them last week and they said that I could expect to hear back at the end of May, late June. They told me that they had some processing issues and that they’re severely backed up.

That’s a good thing! Don’t fret. The application process at Cornell is two tiered. First the school of engineering initially reviews applicants for viable candidates. Those candidates are then forwarded to the respective department that you applied for and they make the final decision. So most engineering applicants at this point are considered viable and are under review by the respective department.

What do you mean resetting the pin? I can still see my application list. And how did you know that your decision comes out tomorrow?
actually it’s resetting the password to ur pin, which can be done on Cornell’s self-serivce decision portal. if u can successfully reset ur pin then if u try to login u would see a page says “your decision will be available at (time) 10AM”

Cornell only sends out emails on Tuesday at precisely 10am. That’s why everyone’s trying to reset pins because everyone wants to know when the decisions are coming out early.
