Hey everyone, I apologize for coming into this thread late but I’m confused. What’s this pin you guys are talking about? I never received any communication about it and I applied to CALS. Also, did somebody mentioned earlier that if you didn’t get an email by 10 AM today it means you’re likely rejected…? Some people here are saying that next week is when most decisions come out but a lot of CAS people seem to already know.
It seems that engineering applicants have to wait for two more weeks?
@Sydneyshaw i am applying dyson and haven’t heard anything so far as well. I registered just to create this post. Really hope the decisions to come out next week. International Student as well

I applied to ILR and I have no email notifications at all, and when I called the admission office all they told me is to wait and be patient, I am really upset and anxious now. No phone calls and no formal letters received so far btw
I know someone who got into CAS, he just doesnt go on collegeconf
@socoutmia , I am recently an international student freshman at a US top 40 university, do you think this is the reason why I haven’t received anything yet so far ?
Do we send them our final grades? Or wait till they accept us?
Hey! Does anyone know where/ when the financial aid packages are supposed to come out?
@MechCornell @yagayeet I emailed the engineering admissions and they say that the majority of decisions are expected to be made by May 20.

@just70114 if you have a US phone number they should call you because ILR acceptees get a
Phone call as far as I know. But there is a possibility some may also not get phone calls. I believe next week is the last week for notifications. What you could also do is email Ian, he would be able to give you a more accurate estimate on wait or you could also ask for your decision if it has already been made. Hang in there! You’re stronger than this!
@Sydneyshaw I applied to Dyson AEM as well and have not heard anything. I’m not sure what’s going on with Dyson- there isn’t anybody on this thread (other than us) that seems to have applied there. It’s strange that there are almost one hundred pages in this thread, yet there are only two Dyson applicants.
I can login to the cornell housing portal now! (i was already admitted tho…lol
