should i try to submit the form asap?
Hey guys, so I got accepted, and they said that I have to maintain a B or better in all my current major prereq courses. I am afraid that I will get a C in one of my classes… Will the reject me if I do? D:

Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected (strengths/weaknesses): Honestly, as a Russian I think I had a good shot, but it’s hard to say because it’s not a popular major and there’s virtually no info on who’s been accepted before. I also did a lot of work in the community, so that was good also, I’d say.

@catherinebui do you mind elaborating on that? I got accepted and didn’t read the rest of my acceptance due to shock and excitement. I did look at it again and it didn’t say that for me. Maybe you should talk to an admissions counselor.

@tigerbuns On the ‘Decision Letter’ page, you go to the ‘Admission Contract’ tab to the left. It should be under 'Maintain Academic Performance."
@bruWINS be patient! I know this is super hard when others are getting their decisions. It just means that he’ll hear back a little later. It is okay! Don’t worry! People from even a waitlist get in! On the website it says that “most” transfers will hear back later April. Just give them a call and check online periodically! It will work out

@Mont2LA I’m so happy for you!.Honestly, I’m still in shock. I logged into my computer already thinking of a witty one–liner to post here after see a rejection. I was not expecting this.
Now, lets see what Berkeley will have in store for us…
“Again, you must notify our office immediately of any withdrawals, incomplete grades, drop in academic performance (including 2 or more C grades, any D and/or F grades, any C grades in major preparatory courses), or other changes to your class schedule.”
This was found under “Contacting UCLA” on the same page. I’m hoping “maintain academic performance” means your GPA can go down a little, but don’t be careless and get straight C’s.
