@zotzotzotzot1 Thanks for letting me know. Dang it, looks like I’m retaking data structures in java… I took the c++ route because UCSB requires c++ over java, and UCLA “highly recommends” c++ on their assist pages. Oh well, the more practice the better, I guess.

I dont get it! Why? All my friends have just gpa around 3.4 no tag and they got in. I am almost perfect gpa still tired of waiting for result

ECs: Nothing really… but I managed 2-3 jobs while being a full-time student
Essay: 10/10- Went through pretty severe family situations but managed to maintain my grades and get into the dean’s list
At this point it looks like they’re scattering their admissions instead of a big batch. Because I got my admission randomly during the night yesterday.
