From the move-in appointment email, it appears that the covid test at Health Services will be a drive-through, and everyone in your car must be masked.
The other thing I would suggest is to get hotel reservations as soon as you have a move-in date. I was able to modify my existing reservation, but open hotel rooms will disappear quickly.
I changed my reservation online at Holiday Inn Orlando East UCF no problem. Chatted on the phone with manager about their current COVID-19 control practices (as the Website was light on details) and the details seemed credible and acceptable. I’m still bringing my own pillows.
We’re going to be at the Hampton Inn Orlando East UCF. We’ve stayed there before and have confidence in the staff and Hilton.
The real question I have about this trip is dining. There are some decent options in the area, and some other places we’d like to go, but I have a feeling everything is going to be pickup.
