It means you will not be rejected or accepted until the Regular Decisions are made. You are no longer being considered for an Early Admission. This Regular Decision will depend upon your fall grades and how you stack up against the other applicants with your same major whom are also being considered for a Regular Decision. For this regular Decision they will look at you SAT and or ACT scores. They will look at you overall weighted and unweighted GPA. They will look at your ECs. They will look and see if your grades have improved during this fall semester compared to your previous semesters. Is there an upward or downward trend with your grades; do you show that you finally get it even if your previous semesters your grades were not that great; that you now have the knowledge & drive required to obtain good grades in the future at Chapman U. Any University wants their students to graduate on time, not have a problem passing their classes and be a credit to their school. It also means they have not received your fall grades from the school that you are presently attending. But even when they do receive these fall grades your decision will not be made until all the Regular Decisions have been made. I hope this helps.
