<p>I have been a CC lurker, but just joined now so that I could reply to your question. My daughter was also asked to submit her fall grades so she sent an email to the admission counselor from our state asking what exactly that meant. Here is what his response was…</p>
<p>"We will be waiting for your semester grades to be finalized, and cannot make a decision based on the mid-term updates that youve sent.</p>
<p>Your file is still considered Early Action and although your decision will be delayed until the receipt of these grades, you will be notified much earlier than the Regular Decision applicants.</p>
