So I recently got an amendment to my financial aid after an appeal that I’m very happy with. However it isn’t yet reflected in my ePay. Does anyone know who I need to contact in order to make that happen, or if it will just happen automatically before the payment deadline?

@Keignat, you should call Student Financial Services. They can’t change the amount due until they get paperwork from the FA office. I went through what you describe last year, it actually did not get fixed until after the payment deadline and I had to make several calls about it.

Question about scholarships and deadlines.

The deadline to pay tuition for the Fall Quarter is 08/22.
a Scholarship is going to be received on 09/02 paid directly to USC. The Scholarship giver has already informed USC of the date of the payment.

Do we have to pay the full bill by 08/22, and the scholarship ends up as a credit on 09/02, which can be refunded later? Or do they not return it, and it applies to spring.

Or can we Pay everything but the scholarship amount by 08/22, and let the scholarship payment come in on 09/02, and everything will be fine?

thanks

Yes they will credit you if you pay the bill and then the scholarship comes in. There is also a form you can file for an extension in a situation like this, if you need to wait for the scholarship. Don’t leave anything due past 8/22 without formal permission, though - it may affect registration status.

USC asked me for Medical/Dental Expenses, and I sent it to them, but it has been a week since I sent it and they still haven’t received it. Should I be worried?
