Fage zero Greek yogurt (unsweetened), curry powder to taste, finely chopped scallion (including the greens) a dash or two of Spike (like Mrs.Dash only much better!). Yum! I also use this when I make egg salad. Rave reviews every time & so easy!
@CopperlineX2 , I so agree, but since I was also serving chicken sates with Thai peanut sauce, that was a no-go. 
@JustaMom , I’ve never done it without part mayo, but that sounds great. I made a dip with Greek yogurt and Pnzey’s Turkish Seasoning which was great with grilled asparagus.
