Tropical Storm Fay is not expected to pose any significant threat to the Tallahassee main campus.</p>

<p>This week’s orientation sessions and residence hall openings are expected to continue as scheduled (additional details below). Be advised university administrators are monitoring Fay and will take appropriate action should conditions warrant. (Posted 2:40 p.m. Aug. 18, 2008) </p>

<p>Tropical Storm Fay Projection</p>

<p>According to the current projected path, tropical strength winds will not reach Leon County; the main campus may receive 2 - 4” of rain on Wednesday, with isolated storms throughout the rest of the week. (Posted 11:15 a.m. Aug. 18, 2008)
