i think i put 2c-d+a for the factor one…last choice??..u can’t just ignore the -a^2 term at the end

haha, yeah, but i still got done with the math with like 6 minutes left

it didnt say third person limited - it said something about only enrique’s feelings and thoughts

for the photo one, i got i think D, the one with a little strip in the top right and a little square

third person limited was the one about just enrique.
i still think it was for humor not differences because yes the whole passage was about that but the memory didn’t underscore the unequal treatment or talk about it at all it was an example using humorous techniques. i mean hey i actually laughed at it…

also the 101 thing didn’t take too long cause you just click +1 and then +1 and then enter until you get to one of the answer choices and see if it fits. :P

Why did everyone put only Enrique’s thoughts/feelings? I’m almost positive it mentioned how Tobias felt when he started.

i think it only said Tobias seemed nervous while we actually saw what enrique was thinking

Did anyone else almost laugh out loud at that one question in the English section, where the passage (as written) used the word “something” in a goofy way? I can’t remember what the actual question was, but it was funny.

oh also, in the lion passage, 1 meant most expanded for sure

science was so easy compared to december’s science section

^and november

No one remembers the English question I’m talking about?

What were the choices on the unequal relationship question??

Unequal relationship, pity for incompetence, and two nonsense answers.

no, that was a different problem.

the unequal relationship one was about the prank.

the only options I remember where unequal relationship vs. author added for humor

it wasnt pity, it was indifference for that 1problem

Oh, right. I can understand how someone would answer added for humor but I don’t think that’s right.

i said unequal relationship for that one

…and for the other i didnt put pity for incompetence

yeah i said indifference too!

RE: RocketSurgery

I think the phrase was “rake in the dough”

the correct answer was “achieve commercial success” I think.

@Rocket Surgery — I put for humor, because the incident to me didn’t show anything about an unequal relationship. I understand that it directly followed a section explaining about unequal relationships, but the story itself seemed like humor meant to lighten the essay.

^^I also put indifference.

^I also put “achieve commercial success.”

For those of you talking about the lion one on the Science… it said 1 was least expanded, 5 was most expanded in the intro. So instead of looking at the slope as positive, a negative slope meant it was expanding more.

^ You got it mixed up. it said the exact opposite. 100% sure
