Feeling like a zombie. How do you cure insomnia?

?? You have a reference or something for this?

The majority of my summer I went to bed at 4am-6am and woke up mid-afternoon.

“Just stay up 24 hours and go to bed 10 PM the next day.”

This is what I did, and for the past week I have been going to sleep around 11 and waking up at at my alarm (7:00) or some mornings as early as 5am.

^^I was wondering the same thing. What about birth control? :P

When I say “viewed negatively” I certainly don’t mean that anyone is precluded from these positions solely because of Rx drug usage. It’s just that they have ULTRA strict medical standards and I know of people who were disqualified for routine medical conditions. The applicant with the spotless medical record has an unequivocal advantage over the applicant who’s on a Rx (regardless of how innocuous). It’s a well known de facto standard.

^I don’t think BC is a problem but I could be wrong.

It’s a well known de facto standard of which you know no specifics?

exercise works great!
