<p>i read that financial aid for internationals are “need”-based… but is it true that if i apply, my acceptance rate falls? is it better for me to not apply for them if i really want to get into usc? and also, the merit-based scholarships… will my acceptance rate fall if i apply to them as well?? sorry for asking it here…but im a curious international</p>
