<p>FAXing them has always worked just fine for us, so yours will no doubt be fine, too.</p>
<p>I have suggested making cover sheets when the download doesn’t work and the bar-code covers won’t print so many times here that I always wonder if when they get stacks of tax-return FAXes with home-made cover sheets that they must process by hand if they curse the name “alamemom…”
