<p>I’ve tried e-mailing to schedule appointments and such but they absolutely REFUSE to talk to me! They just keep e-mailing me info on private loans and parent plus loans and it’s killing me. This is why I ask here.</p>
<p>Try calling or walking in. I actually had a lot of trouble with them last year as well both at the start of the semester and in the middle when they might have been less busy. If you can walk to the building (Harris, I think?) where FA is and talk to someone face to face you might be better off…try to go before the first day of class. Go during an off period, or early in the morning. These all worked for me.</p>
<p>Most aid offices do not schedule appointments. There are walk in hours, and staff is there to assist you.</p>
