Of the three OOS schools my son was accepted to, UVM was the most generous and even though the sticker price was the highest, it ended up being several thousand dollars cheaper. Even so, it did not meet full need. He got a merit scholarship, UVM grant and federal loans, but we still had to take a Parent Loan to bridge the gap. Our EFC was very low, so the gap was about $10,000.
