<p>Northeastern requires financial aid applicants to submit a FAFSA and a CSS Profile. You can Google both to see the forms. FAFSA only considers income, and in cases of divorce only income from the custodial parent. CSS Profile considers assets AND income from BOTH parents AND any step-parents, so the expected family contribution (EFC) is usually higher with CSS Profile than with FAFSA. According to Northeastern:</p>
<p>"The deadline for all forms of financial aid is February 15.
The two required forms are available online:</p>
