Are you sure its <a href=“mailto:finaid@www.utexas.edu”>finaid@www.utexas.edu</a> because I emailed it to <a href=“mailto:finaid@UTEXAS.EDU”>finaid@UTEXAS.EDU</a> because generally there is no <a href=“http://www”>www</a>. in an email address. I can’t seem to get a hold of the financial aid office because it keeps putting me on hold and it never goes through even after like 30-45 min. Any advice or is it just a lost cause now?</p>
