Your loan and w/s awards are consistant with a freshman package http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/839970-faq-usc-financial-aid-2010-a.html?highlight=faq+usc+financial+aid+2010 . The loan totals will go up $2,000 soph year and again $2,000 Jr year and upper classmen will have a somewhat larger w/s award as they are expected to be able to manage their time better than freshmen. There is a corresponding reduction in the need-based grant as those totals go up. This is all painstakingly explained inthe first two pages of the FAQ thread linked above. :)

Another factor that may impact your award in future years in whether you have a sibling in college at the same time. See the FAQ. My fingers are tired.
