<p>Have you considered studying in countries that charge no tuition fees, or that are heavily subsidised? Oslo, Copenhagen, Uppsala, Lund and Helsinki are but some of the top Scandinavian universities that i don’t think charge much, if anything.</p>
<p>Though, the cost of living is fairly high…</p>
