It seems like the Rhodes and Marshall and such = almost impossible for people to get.
I am going to look into the Ambassadorial scholarship though… that might be promising. </p>
<p>Also, I know it is too late to apply for a Fulbright for next school term. But can I apply for it for my last (2nd) year of an MPhil?</p>
