Improve your ACT score (over 33, 34, 35) and your GPA. Your IB diploma hasn’t started so you are not an IBD candidate yet. The IBD is great prep for college, not anything so great in the application process if you cannot keep up a higher GPA. What is your home state? Sometimes it is not worth walking away from a good home state advantage to lesser options OOS. Have you been to Alabama? Tennessee?
Run NPCs at schools, know your FAFSA EFC at least for giggles.
