<p>I also sent in my financial aid forms in the packet addressed to the office of admissions and later realized that I should have addressed it to the financial aid office. But I don’t think they will just throw away your forms ; hopefully they’ll forward it to the financial aid office. And , you don’t need certification of finances.</p>
<p>Day b4 yesterday i mailed to the office of admission, they said that they send it to the office of finances on the same day. So, I’m happy now.</p>
